Residential Journeyman Service Technician with minimum 4 years experience ***NO APPRENTICE***. Pay $24–$32 per hour depending on skill level and certifications + commissions + spiffs + bonuses + benefits for the right person. Start 2 weeks vacation, 3 weeks at 4 years, 4 weeks at 7 years, 7 paid holidays and 3 days of sick pay. Medical, dental, 401(k), profit sharing, subsidized tool purchases, fully loaded service truck.
